Pets are approved case by case and only in writing. Pet rent is $25 per month for a cat and $50 per month for a dog, per animal, added to the lease by addendum. Dogs meet us in person or by video before approval. Current vaccination records are required for every animal.

Assistance animals are not pets: no pet rent or fee applies. If your animal is an assistance animal, use the assistance animal request instead of this form.

You can submit now and send the records later, but the request is not approved until they are in.
